Sri Murugan Temple Waterloo

The name of the temple is Sri Murugan Temple of Waterloo Region and Community Center. It is a registered non profit organisation operating under “15182921 Canada Society”.

Our temple will be dedicated to Murugan Vel and Vinayagar to start. More deities will be added by the time the temple gets its own space. Lord Shiva, Durga, Venkateshwara, Vishnu, Ram Parivar, Ayyappan, Mahalakshmi, Navagraha would follow.

We follow South Indian and Sri Lankan religious traditions of Hinduism.

We are actively searching for a permanent home for our temple within the Region of Waterloo. Our team is working diligently to find a sacred space that will serve our community's spiritual needs. In the meantime, all our pujas and events are held at various rented locations.
